Three systems, one loop. Creators make the content, the content brings the audience, email keeps the audience warm, and cold outreach keeps the top of the loop full. Nothing waits on a content calendar. The community generates it.
01
Community engine
Tech creators talk about ZopDev and its features in exchange for four perks. Their content compounds on its own.
02
Nurture system
Every known contact gets the right email from the right sender. Runs on Amazon SES, warmed by Instantly.
03
Cold outreach
Instantly campaigns that recruit creators and open conversations. Built to scale to 10,000 emails a day.
fig 1 · the loop. outreach and ads seed creators, creators ship content, the audience signs up, nurture converts, and the growing community pulls the next creators in.
01 · community engine
Content that generates itself
We do not hire a content team to talk about ZopDev. We give tech creators, DevOps folks and founders four concrete reasons to do it themselves: on their channels, in their voice, to their audience. Every feature launch restocks the loop with something new to talk about.
perk 1 · invite
Exclusive event invites
A personal invite to ZopDev events and meetups. Creators meet DevOps engineers, techies and founders in the room, shoot content on site, write blogs about it and leave with real connections.
what zopdev getsContent filmed at our events, and a creator who feels like an insider, not an ad slot.
perk 2 · cash
Win up to ₹10,000
Paid collabs, feature walkthroughs and mentions. Offers are banded by audience size, so pricing stays consistent: small creators earn ₹1,000 to 2,000, larger ones up to ₹10,000.
what zopdev getsNamed coverage of ZopDev and its features at a predictable cost per audience tier.
perk 3 · barter
Infra for content
Free hosting space and feature access for a period, traded for a mention, a collab or a video. No cash changes hands. Open to creators and to enterprises willing to name us.
what zopdev getsCoverage paid for in product, plus users who experience the platform first-hand.
perk 4 · the group
A seat in the community
Entry into a private WhatsApp or Discord group of tech creators and founders. Direct access to peers, collab partners and clients. The roster itself becomes the reason to join.
what zopdev getsA network we can activate: members trade services, promote each other, and recruit the next tier of creators.

How a creator finds all this
A step-by-step guide. One document that explains exactly how to join the ZopDev community system and claim each perk. No calls needed to understand the deal.
A landing page per feature. Every feature launch gets its own page: what the feature is, how to use it, what to say about it, and which perks are on the table for covering it.
Ads on those pages. Paid campaigns point creators at the landing pages, so the funnel works even before the community is big enough to spread it organically.
fig 2 · the creator journey. the loop is seeded with 5 to 10 small creators. once the group has names in it, the group itself becomes the pitch.
02 · nurture system
The right email, from the right sender
Everyone who already knows ZopDev, whether signup, customer or community member, gets nurtured over email: lifecycle sequences, newsletters, digests, changelogs and event invites. The system runs on Amazon SES. Warm-up is handled by Instantly, and every new domain we warm gets a job in this map.
The one rule that matters most: cold mail never goes through SES.
SES sends to people who know you. Instantly sends to people who don't, yet. Cold complaints on SES can suspend the whole account, taking receipts and password resets down with it. So cold outreach lives on getzopnight.com, on Instantly, always.
fig 3 · one domain, one job. zop.dev touches only mail that must always arrive. marketing lives on zopowl.com, so a bad newsletter day can never block a receipt. cold is quarantined on getzopnight.com.

Instantly
recipients learn what each sender means: antony.b is relationship mail, nitin.kumar is recurring content, simran.s is product news. that recognition lifts open rates.
SES starts in sandbox: 200 emails a day until production access is approved, then typically 50,000 a day, growing automatically with clean sending.
Ramp, don't blast: week one goes to the ~5,000 most engaged contacts, then roughly double weekly. Under 5,000 subscribers, no ramp needed.
Stay healthy: keep bounces under 2% and complaints under 0.05%, well below the AWS review triggers of 5% and 0.1%. Watch the SES reputation dashboard weekly.
More domains are warming now. As each one finishes, it takes a single job in this map. The map grows, the rule never changes.
03 · cold outreach
From 60 a day to 10,000 a day
Cold outreach runs on Instantly, from getzopnight.com and the lookalike domains we warm next. Campaigns do two main jobs: recruit creators into the community (pointing at the feature landing pages), and open conversations about features with prospects who have never heard of us. Other cold campaigns slot in beside them as needed.
Today that means two warmed inboxes sending 20 to 30 emails each: 40 to 60 a day, roughly 100 after a month of good reply rates. The target is 10,000 a day, and the route there is width, not depth.
fig 4 · the unit of scale. volume comes from adding cheap lookalike domains, each with a few inboxes, never from pushing one inbox harder.

Keep warm-up running during campaigns. The positive engagement offsets cold-email negativity.
New lookalike domains only. zopowl.com now carries marketing and never sends cold again. zop.dev never sends cold, ever.
Volume follows reply rates. Start each inbox at 20 to 30 a day; move toward 40 to 50 only after 3 to 4 weeks of good replies. A 100% warm-up score does not raise the ceiling.
